No-nonsense Muscle Building- Vince Delmonte: A Review
Perhaps you have tried to gain weight and build some muscles in the
past and failed. Or just may be you have no idea where to start like I
was many years ago, be of good cheer you will soon be on your way to
building the kind of body that you always desired.
It could be you just want to look and feel better or perhap you want to look more like the professional fitness people such as Vince Delmonte. By reading this review of No-nonsense Muscle Building today, you are pointing yourself toward success.
Here is my story.
I lived most of my young adult life skinny and not able to find the
right size pants for myself. Even though I was not happy about my
weight, I did not know what to do. I was not desiring to look like a
professional fitness trainer or anything like that. I just wanted to be
thick enough to find the right size pants for my age. Now here is the
kicker.
One day while trying to find a good pair of pants at one of the popular
department stores, I called on a sales lady for help. She to one look
at me and said, "The way I see you, you need to go to the boys
section". That remark tore through my being. My spirit was wounded. I
felt injured. Not to mention that, that was the last time I went to any
of their stores. Even now I can still feel the insult and the pain. But
it is all different now. I now have no difficulty finding anything to
wear. At 32 inches waist I have no problems finding the right things to
wear.
Now 25 years ago, I did not have Vince Delmonte's No-nonsense Muscle Building
book. It would have been a God sent. But on my own I started fiddling
with a couple of the things Vince talks about in the book and over the
long haul, I was able to put on some extra pounds. I was not toned
like, Non-nonse Muscle Building would make you but I was happy. Remember I only wanted to be able to find some pants without going to "the boys section".
King Solomon, the wiset man that ever lived, once said, "To the writing
of books there are no shortages". Little did he know we were heading
toward the information age.
Truly, there are no shortages of books, equipment, diets
and organization that purport to help you build muscle and gain weight,
but there is an acute shortage of authentic and useful books that can
really deliver on the promises and your desires. Vince Delmonte's
Nononsense Muscle Building book happens to be one of the best among the
few.
In his book Vince takes you through the whole range of what you need to
do to get the results that you so much desire. He takes you through
everything from the what, when and how of exercises, diet, rest and
recuperation. What exercises you need, when and how much of each, what
foods to eat, how much and when to eat, when to rest and how much rest
is necessary, he covers it all.
Some of the important planks to the No-nonsense Muscle Building
plan are the twenty-one week exercise plan which details what weights
to lift, the repetition and frequency of exercise. The beauty of this
is that it leaves no room for doubt, and error as to what to do and
what results to expect as these exercise regimens have already been
tested and show to work on others.
In the nine growth principles upon which his workout methods are
couched, Vince drills into you the need to understand and
properly implement each and every one of your workout routines to
ensure proper gains. As part of the 9 growth principles, Vince Delmonte
explains the importance of rest and recovery in your path of muscle
building and weight gain, giving attention to techniques for
accelerating recovery.
Hormones play a crucial role in muscle building and No-nonsense Muscle Building
does not ignore this importance. It actually devotes a whole section to
this and gives you tips on diet and trianing that enhance muscle
building hormones.
Sometimes, in our quest for answers, we overlook some really basic
stuff. When people talk about building muscle, there seems to be a
forgetfulness that the muscles are there, but being covered by fat. It
is when we burn the fat as Vince points out that we are able to reveal
the muscles.
one important thing to note is that some part of the book require a
reading to really grasp all that vince Delmonte is trying to impart on
you.
Overall, our research indicate that the knowledge is sound and the reviews to No-nonsense Muscle Building have generally been positive.
But there is another slant to all this: if your muscles are being
covered by fat build up in your body, you might want to implement
a Fat Loss program first before embarking on muscle building to make things quicker and easier for you. To help you do just that, here is our recomendation.
