The massage movements is said to break down scar tissue and release muscles from painful spasms that often character back pains. This method is becoming increasingly common as a remedy and is even recognized as a form of medical treatment. The American Massage Therapy Association conducted a study where they found that 54% of healthcare providers encourage massage therapy as a form of remedy. Specifically, this remedy improves circulation, helps alleviate muscle soreness, relaxes muscles, helps muscles move without pain, and increases endorphins, which are the body’s natural painkillers.
